The following Terms and Conditions govern enrollment at and use of the services provided by New Beginnings Preschool Center ("School," "we," "our," or "us"), located at 4645 School Lane, Milton, Florida 32571. By enrolling your child or using our website, you agree to these terms.
Enrollment & Registration
Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of all required registration paperwork, including health and immunization records as required by Florida law. Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed enrollment agreement and any applicable registration fee.
Tuition & Fees
- Tuition rates are established at the time of enrollment and are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.
- Tuition is due on the schedule specified in your enrollment agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.
- Registration fees are non-refundable.
- Tuition is not prorated for absences, holidays, or school closures due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond the School's control.
- Two weeks' written notice is required to withdraw a child from enrollment. Tuition remains due through the notice period.
Attendance & Hours
Operating hours and the school calendar are provided at enrollment and posted on our website. The School reserves the right to close for holidays, professional development days, and emergency situations. Families will be notified of closures as promptly as possible.
Health & Safety
- Children must be current on all immunizations required by the State of Florida unless a valid medical or religious exemption is on file.
- Children who are ill (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or contagious illness) must be kept home until symptom-free for at least 24 hours without medication.
- Parents are required to provide emergency contact information and authorize the School to seek emergency medical treatment if a parent cannot be reached.
- Any known allergies, medical conditions, or special dietary needs must be disclosed in writing at enrollment and kept current.
Authorized Pick-Up & Custody
Children will only be released to adults listed on the authorized pick-up form. Valid photo identification may be required. Custody orders must be provided in writing; we cannot enforce verbal custody arrangements.
Behavior Policy
We are committed to a safe, nurturing environment for all children and staff. The School reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment if a child's behavior poses a safety risk to other children or staff, or if a family's conduct toward staff is disrespectful or abusive.
Photography & Media Release
The School may photograph or video-record children for educational, promotional, or social media purposes. Consent is obtained through the enrollment agreement. Parents who do not wish their child to be photographed must indicate this in writing.
Limitation of Liability
The School takes reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of all children in our care. However, we cannot guarantee against all accidents or injuries. The School is not liable for loss or damage to personal property brought to school. Parents are encouraged not to send children with valuable items.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Santa Rosa County, Florida.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued enrollment after notice of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
